Classes
  • BODYBUILDING JUNIORS (23 & UNDER)

    • The age limit to compete in Junior Bodybuilding is 23 & under. For clarification the limit is a day before your 24 birthday. ​
       

  • BODYBUILDING NOVICE

    • An athlete who has not placed first in any show. Novice, First Timers, Masters, or Junior Classes being the exemption to this rule.​
       

  • BODYBUILDING MASTERS OVER 40's

  • BODYBUILDING MASTERS OVER 50's

  • BODYBUILDING MR CLASS 4

    • Height restriction 5 ft 6 inches or under   (Under 67.2")​
       

  • BODYBUILDING MR CLASS 3

    • Height restriction 5 ft 6.1 inches to 5 ft 8 inches   (67.3" to 68")​
       

  • BODYBUILDING MR CLASS 2

    • Height restriction 5 ft 8.1 inches to 5 ft 10 inches  (68.1" to 70")​
       

  • BODYBUILDING MR CLASS 1

    • Height restriction 5 ft 10.1 inches & over   (70.1" & over)

OR

  • BODYBUILDING MR CLASS SHORT 
    • Up To & Including 5'6"​
  • ​BODYBUILDING MR CLASS MEDIUM​
    • Over 5'6" Including 5'10"​
  • BODYBUILDING MR CLASS TALL
    • Over 5'10"​

All Bodybuilding classes will be judged on, Muscularity, Symmetry, Balance & Proportions, Conditioning & Presentation. Stage presence, etiquette & tanning will form the foundations of all judging decisions.

Judging Criteria​:

  • QUARTER TURNS

  • COMPULSORY POSES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    • Front Double Bicep

    • Front Lat Spread

    • Side Chest*

    • Side Tricep*

    • Rear Double Bicep

    • Rear Lat Spread

    • Abdominal & Thigh

    • Most Muscular

  • INDIVIDUAL POSING ROUTINES: Each athlete will be allowed 60 seconds of Individual Free Posing to
    music of their own choosing. In all instances the music will start playing & the athlete will enter the
    stage to perform their routine.
